My review: This book had me laughing from the beginning, and I don't think I stopped for very long at any point. The dialogue has a lot of humor, and the characters are engaging on every level.
The main character, Jill, has reached her 40th birthday with an ex-husband who is now a woman, and a teenage son who is soon going to be in need of art school tuition. Jill comes up with an idea for finding the perfect husband, which leads to several dating disasters. Then she meets Davin Wesley, who doesn't fit into her plans at ALL. Will she let him slip through her fingers or realize that life doesn't always have to be perfect to work out?
The story gives the reader a deep insight into Jill's fears, concerns, and issues as her life goes from one disaster to another. It is well written, and a perfect read to brighten a gloomy day.
