My thoughts: This is a very quick read, with a lot of great thoughts in it. As I read, I highlighted spots that apply to me, and then I passed the book on to my husband. Even though he is always good about knowing how to do romantic things that I like, it never hurts to give him a few more ideas. None of these ideas are crazy or expensive, either. They are easy to do. inexpensive, normal things that any man can feel comfortable with and not have to break the bank.
Each section of the book has a blank area for the reader to make notes on what your significant other likes, which could lead you to other ideas not included in the book. While the book is targeted to men, it is just as easily used by women who want to do something nice for their man.
I loved that this book is written simply and doesn't give you a lot of psychobabble like some books in this genre are prone to do. This book will be joining a few others on our bookshelf that my husband and I have found to be great resources for our relationship.
