Series: Wedding Planner Mysteries
Synopsis: When wedding planner Adrielle Pyper orchestrates a destination ceremony in Hawaii, she’s prepared for anything—except murder.
After the trauma of her last event, the beautiful isle of Kauai is the perfect place for Adri to unwind and do what she does best – plan. She even lets herself indulge in the attention of the groom’s handsome brother. But just when everything seems to be perfect, an afternoon snorkeling trip turns deadly when Adri discovers the body of a young woman. Shaken, but unable to let go, Adri’s sleuthing leads her into more danger than she bargained for. When a number of “accidents” threaten her own life, it soon becomes apparent that someone will do anything to keep Adri from interfering with their vengeance.

Review: This book begins shortly after the end of the first in the series, Diamond Rings Are Deadly Things, but it is easily read as a stand-alone. Adrielle Pyper is in Hawaii working on a destination wedding, which should be relaxing and fun. However, the discovery of a body while snorkeling changes the tone of her stay in the islands.
This series is a lot of fun. Each chapter begins with a wedding tip/craft from Adrielle's website, mentioned above. And this time around, since they are in Hawaii, we get descriptions of several spots, which was great for someone who has yet to travel to the islands.
The novel contains a few red herrings to attempt to confuse us about the identity of the killer. Adri finds herself in danger again, but she does solve the mystery, and pull off the perfect wedding for the happy couple.
